The Culinary Cooperative 

 

 

Dedicated to the development of all things involving food, The Culinary Cooperative represents writers and personalities that share unique perspectives on food, recipes and instructions on cooking, culinary careers, and how the way we eat and cook shape ourselves and the world around us.

In 2005, Regal Literary and Psaltis Literary formed The Culinary Cooperative, an initiative designed to focus solely on food and cooking authors. The joint-venture agency, which is a division of Regal Literary, provides a unique opportunity for us to pool our strengths and offer an extraordinarily high level of support and attention to our authors.

We represent a wide range of projects encompassing the entire food world, including cookbooks, chef memoirs, culinary narratives and biographies, restaurant/food related business books, and health and dieting titles.
