With over a decade of experience in the book publishing
industry, Michael Psaltis currently runs his own literary agency,

literary agency.
In addition, for more than seven years Michael has worked

book industry, in the preparation of their publications and

With his twin brother Doug, Michael co-wrote
The
Seasoning of a Chef: My
Journey from Diner to Ducasse and Beyond, which was published by Broadway Books,
an imprint of Random House, in September 2005.
